The Employees section in Tedy allows administrators to manage employee profiles, update account details, assign roles, and invite new users. Some actions—such as changing email addresses—are restricted to administrators only.
To invite a new employee to Tedy:
Go to the Employees page
Click Add Employees
Fill in the required fields
Choose when to send the invitation:
Send immediately
Schedule for later
You can also add multiple employees at once using a CSV file:
Download the template with the right headers
Fill in the required employee information
Upload the completed file back into Tedy
Once submitted, invitations will be sent according to your selected parameters.
To update an employee’s information:
Go to the Employees page
Click on the employee you want to edit
Update the desired fields
Save your changes
Once saved, the employee’s information will be updated in Tedy.
Email address changes are restricted and depend on the employee’s account status.
If the employee has not yet created their account (still invited):
Administrators can update the email address directly.
Go to the Employees page
Select the employee
In the email field, click the lock icon
Review and accept the risks associated with this change
Enter the new email address and save
Important:
This action can only be performed once every 24 hours
Ensure the new email address is correct before confirming
If the employee is already active (account created):
The email address cannot be changed directly in the platform.

After a successful change (for invited users), the employee will need to use the new email address to log in once they activate their account.
To add, edit, or remove administrative roles:
Go to the Employees page
Click on the employee
Navigate to the Roles section
Add, modify, or remove roles as needed
Save your changes
Changes take effect immediately.
