You can archive employees in Tedy when they go on leave or leave your organization. Archiving removes their access to the platform while keeping their information and past activity on record.
To archive an employee:
Go to the Employees section
Click on the employee you want to archive
In the Role section, click Archive
(Optional) Schedule the archiving for a later date
Once archived, the employee will no longer have access to Tedy.
The employee can no longer submit new claims
Claims that were already submitted and approved will still be reimbursed
Other claims will be handled according to your program rules
