The seats in the subscription plan are linked to employees who currently have access to the account. If a person still has access — even if they are no longer active — their seat will continue to count toward the subscription.
To free up a seat, administrators can archive employees who no longer need access. Here’s how:
Go to the "Employees" section of the account.
Click on the line corresponding to the employee you want to archive.
In the "Role" section, select the "Archive" button.
If needed, schedule the archiving for a later date.
Once the employee is archived, their seat will automatically be released from the subscription, and they will no longer appear in the list of active employees.
