Your starting eligibility for submitting a claim depends on two factors:
The date you were invited to the Tedy platform.
A start date chosen by your employer, specific to your program.
Each program may have its own configuration based on the policies defined by the employer.
It’s important to note that you won’t be able to select an ineligible purchase date when submitting a claim — only authorized periods will appear in the application.
