To add a renewal date to a program, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Tedy account.
Go to the “Programs” section.
Open the desired program.
Scroll down to the middle of the page, below the selected categories.
Locate the section titled “Would you like this program’s balance to reset on a specific date?”
Activate the button (it will turn from white to purple).
Select the desired date.
Save your changes — and that’s it!
The program’s balance will now automatically reset according to the selected date.
