A claim usually takes between 3 and 9 business days to be processed in total.
It will first be reviewed by our team, typically by the following business day. You’ll then be notified if the claim was approved or if we need more information.
Then, it will depend on the billing frequency chosen by your employer and the electronic fund transfer (EFT) delay for your bank account, and you will be notified once again when the funds have been sent.
