What information must be included on a receipt for a claim to be accepted in Tedy?

To ensure your claim is accepted, make sure the provided receipt includes the following details:

• The purchased item is clearly visible;

• The transaction date;

• The company name, ideally with its logo;

• The total amount paid.

Please note that Interac statements or bank account screenshots are not accepted as proof of purchase.
