If an expense exceeds the balance of a single program, you can still use multiple programs to cover it.
To do this, submit separate claims for the same expense, each tied to a different program (or wallet).
For example:
A $1,000 receipt can be split across programs by submitting multiple claims (e.g., $500 from one program and $500 from another)
Each claim must reference the same original expense
The total claimed amount cannot exceed the total cost of the expense
Claims must still follow each program’s eligibility rules
