The short answer is no, combining amounts from different reward programs into a single claim is not allowed.
However, it is possible to submit multiple claims for the same invoice — for example, a $1,000 receipt could be split into two claims of $500 and $200 if each claim originates from a different source or program.
That said, the total amount claimed can never exceed the total amount paid for the purchased item.
